Welcome to Travel Loan, powered by Thriamvos Services Limited. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, loan application processes, and financial facilitation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use our Service and apply for loans or insurance, you must be a Nigerian citizen and meet the minimum age requirements specific to each loan package (generally 18 or 21 years old). Further eligibility criteria, including financial capacity, valid identification, and travel-specific documentation, are detailed under each loan package on our “Loan Packages” and “View Eligibility” sections.

3. Loan Application Process

When applying for a loan (Education, Vacation, Business, Pilgrimage) through Travel Loan, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information provided will be subject to verification by Thriamvos and our Lender/Partner Banks. Your application is an offer to obtain financial services, and its approval is at the sole discretion of our Lender/Partner Banks based on their lending criteria.

4. Loan Repayment

Upon loan approval and disbursement, you are legally obligated to adhere to the agreed-upon repayment schedule. Repayment terms, including loan amount, interest rates, and duration (e.g., 6-36 months), will be clearly outlined in your loan agreement. Failure to make timely repayments may result in penalties, affect your credit score, and lead to collection procedures.

5. Travel Insurance Facilitation

Travel Loan facilitates access to comprehensive travel insurance through partnerships with leading insurance providers. While we connect you with these providers, the insurance policy itself is a contract between you and the respective insurance company. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of any insurance policy you purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

As a User of Travel Loan services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect your account information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service or any loan/insurance product obtained through it.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed, or through competent courts in Nigeria.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
